The giant legion of fans of Justin Bieber, including 31 million Twitter Followers, is pissed off that The Grammy Awards have failed to nominate either artist for any one of the awards at the upcoming ceremony.

But, as explained in the video, the reason is simple: both Justin Bieber and One Direction play to a teen audience, mostly, whereas a performer like the awesome Adele, who took The Grammy’s by storm in 2011, appeals to everyone from 8 to 80. (And her latest, Skyfall, is just incredible.)

The Grammy’s is seen as being an “old white male” club that’s trying to appeal to a more diverse audience. The organization will catch up, it’s just a matter of time.

Stay tuned.
