Now, someone has apparently flagged Hunky Santa such that when you visit the video, these words appear: “This video has been age-restricted based on our Community Guidelines.”
That discovery sent this press release off to the media just moments ago, and the way it’s worded, AZA and her lawyers are going to turn up the heat in any way they can. Look:

IMPLICATIONS That Jepsen Defendants Influenced YOU TUBE to Flag “Hunky Santa ”
Los Angeles- (11/26/12) -Last week AZA Productions, INC. filed a Copyright Infringement law suit in U.S. District Court against recording artist Carly Rae Jepsen and her co-defendants and co-songwriters Tavish Crowe, Josh Ramsay as well as her manager Scott “Scooter” Braun(who is Justin Bieber’s Manager), and others.
The law suit was very detailed about the various infringements illegally performed by Jensen, Ramsay, and Brawn et al. Although the defendants have not yet formally answered AZA’s complaint in U.S. District Court, they have made inappropriate and false statements to the media in a weak attempt to cover their illegal actions which have been exposed in the world media. Jepsen’s reps have responded with the following ridiculous statement: “This(complaint) is completely false and (Carly’s) lawyers will deal with this. Everyone knows (Carly) is a songwriter. She is not spending a lot of time listening to Ukrainian radio.” This pathetic statement is not surprising, however a dissection of it is required. A Copyright Infringement law suit in U.S. District Court by a prominent Los Angeles law firm showing finite examples of Infringement is not “completely false”. Jepsen’s reps say ” Carly’s lawyers will deal with this”. That statement is obvious. Jepsen’s reps say, ” Everyone knows Carly is a songwriter”. Yes, but she was not the sole writer of “Call Me Maybe”. In fact she co-wrote the song with co-defendants Tavish Crowe and Josh Ramsay.
The most idiotic part of Jepsen’s rep’s statement is, ” She(Jepsen) is not spending a lot of time listening to Ukrainian radio”. Although that statement is correct, AZA is NOT listening to Ukrainian radio either. AZA, an American citizen living in Los Angeles for years, and her song Hunky Santa, was produced, recorded and filmed here and has been available on You Tube and other social network and internet outlets, and radio station air play well before “Call Me Maybe” was released. As a matter of fact “Hunky Santa” quickly reached #50 on the December 7th 2010 FMQB Adult Contemporary Radio Play Chart. Over 50 radio stations added “Hunky Santa) to their holiday rotation.
The song “Hunky Santa” by AZA, has been up on You Tube well before “Call Me Maybe” was released. All this time, the public could bring up the song on You Tube without any any problems. When the news of the U.S. District Court law suit went international last week, a puzzling development occurred. It seems that their was influential and conspiratorial behavior by individuals who convinced YOU TUBE to flag “Hunky Santa” by AZA as adult viewing. “This action is unacceptable and will be accountable. We will be forced to take action and proceed with court subpoenas and further investigations to expose the individuals who may have conspired to requested that Hunky Santa be flagged. We will then amend the complaint to include causes of action for Unfair Competition and Interference with Contract”, said Barry K. Rothman, attorney for AZA. They should of at least read our complaint and done some basic research on AZA before making their false, misleading and self serving statements to the media”. said Rothman.

The sad fact is that anyone can flag a YouTube video, so pinning this action squarely on Carly or her people is next to impossible. Of course, AZA could go and flag Carly’s video, I suppose.
