Kate Middleton, the Dutchess of Cambridge, wife of the Duke Of Cambridge, and member of The Royal Family, has been the focus subject of a series of topless photos. The photos were taken while she and Prince William were on a vacation and aboard a type of water craft in France, and posted in a magazine called Closer, which then released copies of the documents for sale all over the country.
The uncommon invasion of privacy has got the pair, the Duke and Dutchess, in a terrible snit; they’ve filed a lawsuit against the magazine. And while Closer’s Managing Editor Laurence Pieau said that she had more photos of the pair having sex, according to TMZ.com. While the snappy comments in that blog and in the New York Daily News seemed to imply that Closer would thumb its nose at Britain and The Royal Family, a new report from EOnline.com has it that the online version of the magazine that had the photos doesn’t have them any more as of one hour ago.

Do We Have The Right To See Kate’s Ass?
The main question is this: Do we have the right to see Kate’s naked ass? The answer appears to be that Britons think we don’t, but the rest of the World seems to think we do, just judging by the sheer search volume associated with the photos. The fact is that both Kate, Prince William, and his brother Prince Harry are public figures. Moreover, Kate is model-level attractive, and photo after photo’s already out there showing her great, athletic body.
Thus, the market for photos of her has been established, with photographers fetching thousands for one image of her – and let’s face it, topless fetches top-dollar.
