Julie Buehler On The NFL Draft, The Colts, Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning
Julie Buehler On The NFL Draft
Julie Buehler is a one-woman army of awesomeness poised to take the sports media World by storm. I met Julie just before the 2012 NFL Draft, and the video above was made on the first day we met in person, at NFL Play 60. As you can hear, she’s more than informed about the Indianapolis Colts, because she covers the Colts during the NFL Season. In fact, she was discovered for the role by Colts Owner Jim Irsay, who listened to her on the radio, and then called her!

Julie is ready with a view on the Colts. For example, on Peyton Manning leaving she says: “Every era comes to an end. And I thought Peyton Manning and (Colts Owner) Jim Irsay handled a very tenuous situation beautifully.” The Palm Springs media star also says that going from Peyton Manning to NFL First Round Pick Andrew Luck is like going from a “Lamborghini to an Aston Martin.”

But beyond the Colts, Julie is a seasoned opinion journalist with interesting views on sports and life in general. The only area of improvement for my smart, lovely, crossfit-buffed friend is in politics, where she can benefit from an economics lesson given by me.

I’m not kidding.

Best way to catch Julie is on Twitter, but she’s got a big announcement soon.
