Paul Salata, the creator of Mr. Irrelevant, the way of celebrating the last pick of the annual NFL Draft, has never been booed by anyone at the NFL Draft. Ok, this is still on my mind. Look at and listen to this Tout (and as a note, it’s the only one I made from the floor of the NFL Draft):

There were people who started booing the moment Paul Salada came out. And as I looked over to see who was doing the classless act, I saw a concentration of fans over the ESPN Stage at the NFL Draft 2012. That was awful. I’m not saying ESPN made them do it, but they certainly could do something or say something to get them to stop it.

I’m big fans of Paul and his Mr. Irrelevant writer Julie Buehler, so I didn’t like what I saw. But for those of you who want to see Paul talk about Mr. Irrelevant, here’s a video interview my colleague, Bill Chackhes of Football Reporters Online, and I conducted on YouTube, USTREAM, and audio recording at the 2007 NFL Draft:
