SpongeBob SquarePants Voice Actor Tom Kenny to Moderate Panel
Making a debut at WonderCon 2012 is the animated series “Dan Vs.” in the Meet the Creatives Behind Dan Vs. panel, Sunday, March 18, 2:30-3:30pm (room 213). The popular series is now in its second season on The Hub TV Network, a destination for kids and their families.
Join the panel for an opportunity to learn about the creation of the animated series, including aspecial sneak peak of an upcoming episode, followed by a Q&A with the panelists. Panel includes: show creators Chris Pearson and Dan Mandel, along with Brian Sheesley (SupervisingProducer/Director), Chris Battle(lead character design) and the main voice cast Curtis Armstrong (voice of “Dan”), Dave Foley (“Chris”), Paget Brewster (“Elise”).
Moderating the panel is actor and comedian, Tom Kenny who voices the role of Crunchy on “Dan Vs.” Fans also know Kenny as the voice of “SpongeBob SquarePants” and “Gary” from the children’s animated series “SpongeBob SquarePants.”
The animated series, “Dan Vs.” features Dan (Curtis Armstrong, Revenge of the Nerds), a lovable curmudgeon who fights for the everyman. Avenging a new grudge in every episode, his misguided quest for justice leads him and his pals, Chris (Chris Foley, “Kids in the Hall”) and Elise (“Criminal Minds”), into misadventures and catastrophes; Dan won’t rest until he’s settled the score–or comes close.
