Wow. I signed up to use HostGator, and it’s been a mix of good and real bad. Good in that the service allows 24/7 service calling. Bad in that I have to make a LOT of calls.
I started on what’s called a ‘shared hosting’ plan, and then turned at HostGator’s request and advice to a VPS service – first level 3 then level 5. More nightmares. I have talked to 24 Hostgator reps and it’s driving me nuts.
