Sandra Fluke is not a slut for speaking out for what she believes in and being an advocate for birth control and women’s rights for contraceptives. Using contraceptives does not make anyone a slut, there are more reasons other than just sex why a woman is on contraceptives. Certain birth control can control ovarian cysts and Rush Limbaugh’s uneducated comments really are so inappropriate as reported by The Hollywood Gossip:
“”If we’re going to pay for your contraceptives and thus pay for you to have sex, we want something for it. We want you to post the videos online so we can all watch.”
Limbaugh said that her speech made it clear “she’s having so much sex she can’t pay for it, and we should.” “
What an ignorant statement, honestly. Rush has had sponsors cut their funding from his show due to his remarks calling her a slut.
