The Academy Awards Nominations for 2012 are just four hours away and you can watch them live here at Zennie62.com. There will be a special live stream screen on the upper right of the blog page, and in this blog post above this text.
Oscar nominations ballots were sent out to the over 5,700 members of the Academy last December, and were due back for tally by January 13th. The big question in this is just how many Best Picture nominations there will be for 2012, after the 10-film experiment of 2010 and 2011.
Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak will once again play host to this event, and this year he will be joined by Academy member and Winter’s Bone Oscar-nominated actress Jennifer Lawrence (2011).
Ms. Lawrence’s next role is as ‘Katniss Everdeen’ in the much anticipated Hunger Games.
