Ortega-Hernandez was found by Pennsylvania State Troopers on a tip from an employee at the Hampton Inn , who in turn told authorities, who then called the Secret Service according to PittsburghLive.com.

The Secret Service is reportedly looking into the White House being attacked by someone shooting two bullets into the White House. One of the bullets was said to have cracked a “ballistic glass window” at the living area of The White House. The President was not there at the time.

The Secret Service was investigating whether the bullets are connected to reports of shots fired Friday night while Obama was headed to a summit in Hawaii.
The Secret Service said it discovered the bullet holes Tuesday. The bullet that hit the window was stopped by ballistic glass.
On Friday, someone fired a Chinese-made assault rifle from a vehicle at the intersection of 16th Street and Constitution Avenue NW.
That’s really disturbing. The Secret Service should have known about that gun fire and where it came from the day it happened, not a weekend later.
