Vince Young was once the quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, but Long Island Press reports that now the Philadelphia Eagles have picked him up as their back-up quarterback, backing up Michael Vick. :

” Despite a good record (30-17) as the starting quarterback for the Titans during his time in Tennessee, Young battled some ups and downs with the organization. It became clear that the end was near after a game last season when Young threw his shoulder pads into the crowd after he was booed by fans. That incident led to an argument with his head coach Jeff Fisher. ”

Michael Vicks had positive feedback regarding Vince. He told the CSN Philly:

““I think it’s good for Vince,” Vick said after morning training camp practice Friday. “Get him in here, let him start to compete and get him back to playing football again.””
