FIFA: ALL EYES ON RIO

Tomorrow is the big day for 30 teams in Asia. 15 matches will be played throughout Asia; some teams look like they have nothing to worry about where other teams have a real hard game ahead of them. Seeing how I’m on the east cost of the United States most are the games are at the crack of dawn. The Philippines play at 7 am. EST . They need to make up a 3 goal deficit against Kuwait. Good news for them is that a key player, team captain Aly BorromeoI, comes back to them and they are home. Would like to think teams like China and Jordan are not going to lose see how they donated their opponents 7-2 and 9-0. But this is soccer so anything could happen. Games like Palestine vs. Thailand and Syria vs. Tajikistan could go either way.
After that, all eyes to Rio for the Preliminary Draw which is July 30th. For those that don’t know the Preliminary Draw will set up the rest of the Qualifiers who plays who and when they play. So soon enough I will have a final schedule.
As always my top 5 teams to watch a video and thank you FIFA.com 1 The Philippines 2 Palestine 3 Qatar 4 Indonesia and 5 Singapore.
Video of leg one Qatar vs. Vietnam on July 23 2011
