In Asia teams like Nepal, Palestine and the Philippines came out on top. The qualifiers are set up in as like this round one

The 16 lowest ranked teams based on the 2010 FIFA World Cup will contest Round One. The 16 teams will be paired into 8 home-and-away series winners of each series advance to Round Two. Where they will then join the next 22, highest-ranked teams The 30 teams will be paired into 15 home-and-away series.

FIFA Online reports that the matches are scheduled to be played in the period July 23 and 28, 2011. The 15 winners of each series advance to Round Three. In Round Three, the 15 Round Two winners will then join the remaining 5 teams that got a bye in Round Two. The 20 teams will be drawn into 5 round-robin, home-and-away groups of 4 teams each. The matches are foreseen to take place in the period September 2, 2011 to February 29, 2012. The 5 group winners and 5 group runners-up advance to Round Four.

The 10 teams will be drawn into 2 round-robin, home-and-away groups of 5 teams each. The matches are foreseen to take place between June 3, 2012 through June 18, 2013. The third-placed teams of each group advance to Round Five. The two winners and runners up will move on to the world cup and the two losers go home. The two teams in round 5 play each other for September 6th and 10th 2013. Winner moves on to the intercontinental play off.

My top 5 teams to watch in round 2 would be the Philippines, Palestine, Qatar, India and Nepal
