The Iowa Straw Poll caused one GOP member to walk out – could it be because Michele Bachmann is surprisingly taking the lead as the potential pick for the GOP candidate? She is a favorite in Iowa, according to numerous news sources including CBS News:

Bachmann is already an early favorite to do well in the Iowa caucuses, the first big event in the primary season next year, and her appeal to both tea party and social conservative Republicans could make her a force to be reckoned with in the Republican nominating process.

BachmannBachmann was also considered the winner of the most recent Republican Debate which aired on CNN June 13.

Detroit Free Press is even reporting that Bachmann is neck and neck with Mitt Romney – wow, this is definitely something to keep an eye on. A few weeks ago Bachmann made Palin look like a genius, and now she is giving America a reason to rethink the aforementioned.
