In Toronto Charlie Sheen announced a bipolar disorder awareness march from his hotel to the venue where he was performing at:

On Friday afternoon, only hours before his second show in Toronto, Charlie Sheen posted a Facebook and a Tweet stating: “Bipolar Awareness Walk!! Come join me at 6pm and walk with me from The Ritz Carlton to Massey Hall..! Show your support..!! #BIWINNING ybw.”

He also stated:

“I was called bipolar. You guys, I’m bi-winning right? I’m not sure what the f— bipolar even means . . . it’s a psychiatric opinion, which means that to me it’s rooted in judgment,” said Sheen, sporting a Toronto Maple Leafs t-shirt and a toque holding a cigarette. “Therefore we’re going to take this walk and we’re going to donate the money to the people who need it.

Canada’s Chronicle Herald online reports that Sheen was 45 minutes late for his walk, but the fans didn’t mind. It’s great that he is actually coming out and helping bipolar awareness and showing support for the mental illness:

Sheen indicated the money raised would go to the Calgary-based Organization for Bipolar Affective Disorders Society, which supports those with bipolar disorder, and promised he would match all donations.
