AT&T is ran in such a way as to find new ways to take your money via lies and fraud. Powerful claims, they are, but consider this:
AT&T called me to offer what was said to be a cheaper data plan service just over a month ago. But after taking a service that was supposed to only cost $200 per month, the plan has resulted in an email reporting that I owe $500. And that’s due to use on my supposed “AT&T Unlimited Data Plan”.
So now I have to call AT&T and undo the plan the guy got me into that he said would save me money. What a joke. I can’t understand how AT&T expects to stay in business.
AT&T is already set to pay a $100 million fine to the FCC. I think the Federal Communications Commission should add another $100 million myself.
