Raw documentary footage of the International Boulevard corridor in Oakland, CA. This video is raw footage and a hood vlog/documentary. This red-light district is also known for its high volume of prostitution. This video was filmed with a GoPro Hero 10 and a DJI Air 2s.
Senate Bill 357 is now effective in California (effective 1/1/2023) making loitering with the intent to commit prostitution no longer a crime. This bill was brought forward by State Senator Scott Wiener. Prostitution itself is still a crime, but this law has made it more difficult for law enforcement to combat these issues.
