Man suspected of firing rifle near East Oakland elementary school arrested – East Bay Times

OAKLAND — A man suspected of firing rifle shots near an East Oakland elementary school Friday morning was arrested and the gun recovered, police said. No one was injured and there were no immediate reports of any vehicles or structures hit by gunfire.
