CLEVELAND, Ohio — A teenager was shot in Cleveland’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood Tuesday night, police said. The 14-year-old boy was shot in the back at 9 p.m. in the 3200 block of East 117th Street, Cleveland police said in a news release.
