Oakland Real Estate – Oakland Homes For Sale – Sticker Shock.
The homes for sale in Oakland and listed online will give you sticker shock. Some of them at close to a million dollars but look like they should be priced at half that amount. The average Oakland home price was just under $400,000 in the brief search that I conducted.
This is a great window to the engine that drives demographic change: housing prices. But my question is how many will be able to afford their Oakland homes after five years in them. We shall see.
