As we mull over the impact of the Sequester, and express displeasure with how President Obama was outnumbered by Republicans who should be voted out of office, let’s look back to the time when then-Senator Barack Obama was running for President, had just secured the nomination of his party in 2008, and 80,000 people were packed into what was then called Invesco Field for President Obama’s speech.
The Obama Campaign was known for a playlist that was modern, American, and hip – the best and perhaps only one of its kind in political races. One staple song had everyone up and dancing – even a guy who looked like Wolf Blitzer – “Signed. Sealed. Delivered” by Stevie Wonder.
