According to Wolf Blitzer on CNN as this is blogged, the Sandy Hook Shooter’s name is Ryan Lanza. His Facebook page has been located which is where these photos are from.
Ryan Lanza, according to his Facebook page, went to Quinnipiac University, lived in Hoboken, New Jersey, and was 24 years old.
According to CNN’s Susan Candiotti, Ryan’s mother was a teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary; she was found dead.
UPDATE: a second member of Ryan’s family was found shot in Newtown, reportedly.
While he has a Facebook page, there’s not much recent activity on it. He liked “FreezePop”, the rock band Guns & Roses, and played the game Mass Effect.
