There are reports of a mass shooting in the West Oakland part of Oakland, California that left eight people wounded, including several kids, the youngest a 1-year old that was hit by a bullet and is in a coma as of this writing. Shockingly, no one who did the shooting has been arrested or spotted. Here’s a video by the Associated Press.

Kafani’s on house arrest, so it’s not advantageous for him to admit he was a part of any trouble at all.
Oakland Rapper Kafani Sends Threat To Lil B, Explains Beef
According to BallerStatus, Kafani sent a threat to another rapper, Berkeley-based Lil B. What Kafani ultimately did this year in April was issue a message via video that he intended to do some harm to Lil B, even though he was under house arrest.
This is the text of part of what he said:
Pillow talking to them bitches n****, gonna get you f*cked off,” the rapper said in an online clip.
“You a bitch bruh … walking around in them tight ass jeans, n****. When I see you I’m gonna slap the sh** out you. You know I got money, n****, so you know I’maa find you. I’m on house arrest right now. Got a few months. When I come off house arrest I’m gonna embarrass your bitch ass. Believe that.”
Even though Kafani says he wasn’t involved in the shooting, this Twitter tweet reports that he was impacted by it:

Still, there’s no hard evidence of any link between their “beef” and the shooting. The tweet below seems to indicate the two were talking about the shooting:
